2. Booking & Payment

  • Bookings can be made via our website, by phone, or in person.

  • A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your booking.

  • Payment methods include major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other approved methods.

  • All charges, including labor, fuel, and materials, will be outlined in your quote or invoice.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made more then 1 week  in advance may be eligible for a refund.

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled service will be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Rescheduling is allowed subject to availability and may require additional fees.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information regarding the scope of the move/delivery.

  • Ensure all items are properly packed unless packing services are included.

  • Be present or have a designated representative on-site during service.

  • Ensure safe and clear access for the crew and vehicles.

5. Limitations of Liability

While we take great care with your property, we are not liable for:

  • Items packed by the customer that are damaged due to poor packing

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control

  • Damage resulting from hazardous materials, poor access, or unsafe conditions

Our liability for loss or damage (if any) is limited as set forth in your signed service agreement.

6. Prohibited Items

You agree not to include in your move any items that are:

  • Hazardous (e.g., flammable, toxic, explosive materials)

  • Illegal to possess or transport

  • Items of exceptional value (e.g., jewelry, cash, personal documents) unless disclosed in advance

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site (e.g., text, graphics, logos, images, and software) is the property of Upstack Moving and Delivery Company and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without prior written consent.
